**RETURN POLICY**
**EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF GOODS**
**Contract Termination within 14 (Fourteen) Days**
If you purchase from the website as a consumer (i.e., an individual buying for personal, non-commercial purposes rather than for business, trade, craft, or professional activities), you have the right to return any purchased Goods within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt. You can exercise this right without specifying a particular reason, based on your legal right to withdraw from a distance contract as stipulated by European Union law.
If you decide to terminate the contract and return the Goods, ensure that the Goods are packaged in their original packaging and shipping materials, along with the relevant documents, including any provided warranty card. When returning, you must include either the original invoice received with the shipment if all items on the invoice are being returned, or a copy of the invoice if only some of the items are being returned. Additionally, a properly completed and signed notice of withdrawal from the purchase-sale contract must be included with the returned shipment.
The customer is responsible for the correct assembly and safe packaging of the returned Goods. Note that if the Goods are incomplete and/or improperly packaged, the Seller will not be able to accept the returned Goods.
Furthermore, it is important to understand that Goods cannot be returned if they have been used, damaged, or lost their original marketable condition.

If you decide to terminate the contract, you must immediately, and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day you notify us of the return, send the Goods back to us.
